Eniram Selected as one of Finland’s National Finalists in the European Business Awards
Eniram identified as one of Europe’s brightest businesses, actively demonstrating the prestigious awards’ core principles – success, innovation & ethics
Helsinki, Finland – May 30th , 2012 – Eniram Limited, the fast-growing Finnish provider of real-time decision support solutions for the shipping industry, is pleased to announce its selection as a national finalist for Finland in the 2012/13 European Business Awards. Eniram will now compete against seven other contenders for National Champion status in the next round of the competition.
Philip Padfield CEO at Eniram comments, “We are delighted to be lined up against such an impressive field and be selected as a national finalist for Finland. It is fantastic too to be recognized for the quality and impact of our technology, our innovation and our people and it would indeed be an honor to be successful in representing Finland.”
The European Business Awards, sponsored by RSM International, Infosys, Millicom International Cellular and supported by UKTI, is an independent Awards program designed to recognize and promote excellence, best practice and innovation in the European business community, in line with the broad aims of the European Union and business representative groups across all European nations.
The Awards highlight and promote examples of individuals and organizations that achieve outstanding results across a variety of disciplines – from environmental concern to customer focus – results that set them apart as leaders in Europe.
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards says, “Over the past six years we’ve received an incredibly high standard of entries from organizations that are passionate about their business. However, very few get the chance to fly the flag for their country and compete across Europe to be recognized as one of Europe’s leading companies. It really is an exceptional accolade to be picked as a National Finalist, and together with our sponsors and supporters we’re looking forward to seeing Eniram in the next round.”
Eniram is no stranger to winning awards adding no less than three to its trophy cabinet in the past six months alone. The company topped the ‘Greentech’ category in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2011, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA; was recognized as one of Europe’s fastest-growing ‘clean technology’ (cleantech) companies in November 2011; and named the fastest growing company in Finland in the Deloitte Fast 50.
